At Aromas De Santiago, we take pride in delivering premium handcrafted cigars of exceptional quality. Due to the nature of tobacco products, all sales are subject to the following return and refund policy.
Returns
For health, safety, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns of opened, used, smoked, or partially consumed cigars.
Unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:
● Unused and unopened
● In their original packaging
● In resalable condition
● Approved by our customer service team before being returned
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@aromasdesantiago.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
● Your order number
● A description of the issue
● Clear photos of the product
● Photos of the shipping package if applicable
Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Lost Packages
If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment. Once the carrier confirms the package has been lost, we will provide a replacement or refund.
Shipping Delays
Aromas De Santiago is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, carrier disruptions, customs inspections, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
Age Verification
Orders cannot be returned or refunded due to failure to meet age verification requirements or inability to legally receive tobacco products.
